How to Rearrange furniture for painting efficiency

You finally have the chance to paint your living room that bright shade of yellow you love so much. But the room is absolutely cluttered with couches, chairs, cabinets, and other furniture. What do you do with all that stuff?

Before you move all of your furniture out of the room – wait! There’s no need to clear the space entirely.

In order to paint the walls, you’ll need about three feet of space in front of each one. We recommend moving the largest, heaviest pieces of furniture to the center of the room, and removing everything else. Cover the furniture still in the room with tarp – ensuring you have those three feet of clearance around the walls – and you should be ready to paint!
