Step ladders might seem like no big deal, but they can be just as dangerous as their full-sized cousins! Here are a few tips on step ladder safety.

1. Always make sure to set the ladder down on a flat surface. If any one of the four legs is

uneven it can cause you to fall off.

2. Never climb on either of the top two steps, as you can easily lose your balance.

3. Always check to make sure not to exceed the ladder’s weight limit.

4. Aluminum and fiberglass ladders are always a better option than wood. These more durable materials withstand the test of time!
