We have noticed a new trend, dark colors as body colors. Although they look beautiful and it will make your home stand out from all of your neighbors, there’s one issue with the trend. Dark colors fade fast. Your home will start to fade within the first year and will need a new coat of paint by year 3. We don’t recommend dark colors but if you must, always use a lifetime paint to get the most longevity out of your paint.
